Escape the busier trails of Banff and discover Waterton Lakes National Park, where the prairies meet the Rocky Mountains. Mango Tours' private day trip takes you through the park's best viewpoints, a short canyon walk, free time to explore the charming town of Waterton and spotting a herd is one of the highlights of the drive. all in the comfort of a private, bilingual tour. Pick up in Calgary @ 8:00 am Itinerary 8:00 am — Depart Calgary 11:00 am — Bison Paddock Lookout (30 minutes) 11:30 am — Red Rock Canyon (1 km walk around the canyon) 12:15 pm — Depart Red Rock Canyon 12:40 pm — Prince of Wales Hotel (stop until 1:15 pm) 1:15 pm — Waterton Townsite (1 hour 30 minutes free time to explore on your own) Depart Waterton for Calgary (approx. 3 hour drive, with pitstops along the way) (Please be advised of the weather change during your trip; bring appropriate clothing.) Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want your experience with us to be as smooth and worry-free as possible. Please review our cancellation and weather policies below:

 

1. Guest-Initiated Cancellations

3+ Days Notice (72+ Hours Before Tour): Cancellations made at least 3 days before your scheduled tour departure are eligible for a 100% full refund (or free rescheduling to an available date).

 

Less Than 3 Days Notice (Under 72 Hours): Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable, as tour spots and guide availability are locked in.

 

2. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Your safety and experience are our top priorities. If severe, unsafe, or extreme weather conditions force us to cancel a tour, you will have two options:

 

Option A: Full Refund — A 100% refund processed back to your original payment method for that day's tour.

 

Option B: Reschedule — Rebook your tour for another available day at no extra charge.

 

Note: Tours run rain, snow, or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by our team. If weather conditions are manageable and safe, normal cancellation policies apply.

 

3. How to Request a change

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone with your booking confirmation number and details.
